A small PA peice I did for myself. I used PS 7, and the image took about 2 1/2 hours, another hour or so to find the statistics that I wanted to use.
I got the origanl photo from stockxange and here's the link for that http://www.sxc.hu/photo/465899

Really nice although the image looks slightly stretched? maybe the width is too big for the gfx border?

Really nice colours and very convincing on a smaller scale.

One more thing, I would have liked to see a little better layout and possibly a different font. It reads the same. Possibly, have the text follow the contour of the lower portion of the arm on the bottom right. Just try it and see if it works! Still, nice work!

OK - I think I'm missing something ?
What's the green stuff ?
Is it meant to be an abused childs hand ?
If these are meant to be bruises maybe replace the green with deep yellows.

The marks on the arm appear way too much like black airbrush, soften them up and add some dark blue for a bruised effect. Or maybe even just move the text over them to break it up.
Just trying to help.

Maybe I've missed the point here and it's not meant to be a battered childs hand.

With the green I was attempting to convey (sp) gangrene, or some other form of infection guess that didn't come across to well. I'll have to use a lighter blue for the hand print because that's a dark blue at the moment

concept looks good, but need a little more work and tweaking.

as said, the bruise effect has not come out as it should have been, and obviously the layout and text placement has to be changed.
